Meet Sara Hegazy, a distinguished entrepreneur who transitioned from a fashion icon to a holistic psychotherapist and founder of the I HEal community for mental health practitioners, and the creator and founder of an innovative holistic wearable health tech called “The SouL-houette”.

Drawing from her personal qualities, passion for holistic healing, and mission to integrate modern medicine with alternative energy healing, Sara Hegazy set out to design the health tech of the future.

A life woven of innovation, healing, and fashion

Sara Hegazy defies easy categorization. Her journey spans the worlds of technology, fashion, holistic health, and alternative healing, all interconnected by a relentless pursuit of knowledge and a desire to empower others.

Early achievements and entrepreneurial spirit

Sara’s professional journey started unexpectedly. After earning a degree in Communications Engineering specializing in Network Sciences and working in corporate network and digital communications systems, she demonstrated her innovation and technical expertise. This foundation in logic and problem-solving proved invaluable when she transitioned into entrepreneurship and the specialized fashion industry, where she thrived for over 15 years.

As a designer, brand manager, and entrepreneur, Sara’s keen eye for design and human potential flourished. She founded “Sara Hegazy Couture”, which later transformed into a successful fashion consultancy company. This period culminated in the creation of the internationally recognized “Cleopatra Collection”.

A fashion industry pioneer – Global recognition

Sara’s design talents garnered international attention through her “collections over 15 years and the most popular of which is the Cleopatra Collection”. Her designs were showcased at prestigious fashion events, including Dubai Fashion Week (2011), London Fashion Week (2012), Paris Fashion Week (2014), and New York Fashion Week.

Media coverage of her designs spanned various platforms, including global trendsetters Trendhunter and Fashionising, Dubai Tv , France Tv , Rotana ,MBC’s style program, and Arab outlets such as Fustani, Elan magazine ,German magazine The Storm, Accor Life, Sofitel Luxury magazine, Barka Bits Middle East, Real Fox Australia, Frost magazine USA, UAE National newspapers , Egyptian media outlets and Newspapers , and Rouge magazine. Her brand story was also featured in the book “Entrepreneurship in Egypt”.

A passion for sustainable fashion

Recognizing her design excellence, Sara was awarded the Luxury National Brand Award from the Luxury Lifestyle Awards in Dubai (2015). Additionally, she honed her design skills through a dedicated design masterclass with Swarovski’s Innovation Center alongside world-renowned film costume designer Alexandra Byrne (2018). However, her desire to explore the deeper dimensions of the human experience and sustainability in fashion led her on a new path.

Shifting focus: Holistic healing and mental health

Sara focused on fashion technology and supervised graduation projects for business students. In 2019, she was invited to the Cannes Film Festival, published articles on fashion technology and the global fashion outlook in 2025, and because her approach is unique, she chose to delve deeper into studying personality patterns and personality psychology.

In 2022, Sara embarked on a new chapter dedicated to holistic healing. She founded “Healenna Holistic Healing”, a company that offers a comprehensive approach to holistic health through psychotherapy, hypnosis, bioenergy healing, and Human Design coaching. Healenna also promotes leadership in the field of holistic healing by creating the I Heal Community, a community based on collaboration between psychotherapists, alternative medicine practitioners, healers, and trainers through interactive health education events and workshops. Her vision is to build communication and connection between alternative and modern medicine, and to promote a truly holistic approach to holistic medical healing.

Combining alternative and modern medicine: SouL-houette

This vision extends to her latest project, the wearable tech company SouL-houette. Leveraging her expertise in Human Design principles, Sara is developing innovative wearable technology that merges alternative and modern medicine. The first product, designed for high-risk emergency patients, aims to identify energy blockages to achieve better health. This pioneering innovation recently achieved high-level recognition, with “Soulhouette by Healenna” winning the Annual Health Awards in Dubai under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Nahyan Mubarak Al Nahyan, Cabinet Member and Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, United Arab Emirates. The award specifically recognized SouL-houette as the Best Holistic Health Tech Startup of 2023.
