The Egyptian Paralympic Committee appointed May ZeinElDein as President of Egyptian Basketball Wheelchair Federation. May is also Founder and President of Al Hassan Foundation for Differently Abled Inclusion

ZeinElDein has over 20 years’ experience obtained through working for different multinationals and developmental organizations in Egypt with great passion for Strategic Planning.

Proudly a German School graduate and studied Political Science at the American University in Cairo.

After her 18-years-old son’s car accident – Alhassan – in 2011 when he became wheelchair bound, May totally switched from corporate life to social entrepreneurship where she fully devoted her time and effort to serve the community; mainly supporting The Differently Abled through Alhassan Foundation which she established with her family and friends in 2012.
