Rafael Santonga, President of the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness, awarded Maram Saeed the green arbitration card for the Fitness Challenge, the latest game to be added to the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness competitions. 

She received the title during the IFBB World Bodybuilding Championship week which was held in Santa Susana – Spain from 2 to 8 November 2022. Maram participated in this world championship along the Egyptian delegation, as a media advisor and an Egyptian Bodybuilding and Fitness referee.
