Female leadership isn’t loud, bossy, or difficult.

It doesn’t put others down, it doesn’t yell, it doesn’t demand, it doesn’t judge.

It is quiet, it observes, it’s inclusive, it lifts others up. It’s humble not prideful.

Leadership is knowing you are not the best at everything. Leadership knows that the team is more important and not less than. Leadership is people oriented, not task oriented.

Leadership is a simple, quiet, soft light in the dark.

To all the female leaders who have been told that they are:

Too loud,

Too emotional,

Too ambitious,

Too difficult,

Too bossy,

Too much,

Too practical,

Too judgmental.

Share with us inspiring stories about female leadership styles and help us break the stereotypes that held us back for far too long. We call on you — women and organizations — to recognize the value of diversity in leadership and to actively seek out and support women who are breaking down barriers in their fields.

The purpose of this campaign is to challenge and break the stereotypes surrounding female leadership. For too long, women have been held back from reaching their full potential due to outdated and harmful beliefs about their abilities and suitability for leadership positions.

We believe that everyone should have equal opportunities to succeed regardless of gender, and that women are just as capable as men when it comes to leadership and management roles.

We encourage everyone to challenge their own biases and prejudices, and to take steps to dismantle the systemic barriers that prevent women from achieving their goals.

It is time for us to embrace the potential of female leaders and work towards creating a more equitable future for all. Join us in breaking down stereotypes of female leadership and supporting women on their journey towards success.
