Life is a mysterious circle we all flow in; most of us are in continuous search of clues, understanding, happiness, success, love, and attachment. Humans have always been on a continuous quest to know life better, its goals, and its purpose. Although it seems to be a very complicated question, it is very simple and easy. Knowing yourself, mindfulness, and intuitions will lead to the answer. It will automatically lead you through your life’s right path and reach your happiness and fulfillment. Do not think that hard work and struggle are the main paths to success; I assure you both are not! The secret of success is working with love and enjoying what you are doing. Enjoying and admiring your work, learning, or even any task you are doing in your life will increase your productivity and will take you to another level of creativity and innovation.

Let’s do an experiment! Try it by yourself if you are requested to do a task you admire and another task you hate; even if it is simple, I am sure you will not do it at all, or you will take too much time and effort to do this simple task. In the meantime, it is absolutely easy for a person to move a mountain if it is his/her desire.

Life is not a straightforward path; it is a series of starts, pauses, and restarts. Running all the time is not the solution and not a target. You should value your moments of stops and pauses as your moments of excel and progress. Pauses and stops are working as your compass during navigation in life. They lead to understanding yourself, reprioritizing your goals, and redirecting your sails and rudder.

Sometimes, you have to pause your activities unwillingly due to different reasons, professional, personal, or due to health conditions. I know that this is not a very pleasant feeling, but my advice to you is not to take it too personally. Try to understand the moral from this pause. Do not think it will stop your development or will slow down your achievements. There is a great purpose behind the conditions that lead to this pause or stop period. Maybe you really need a break in this definite time; you worked too hard, and you did not give yourself or your family or beloved ones the care they needed. Maybe you need to learn new skills, read new books, travel, visit new places, get to know new people, and even shift your career or get out of your comfort zone. The routine of regular life could be distracting and make us flow without even thinking. Pauses and stops in our lives are periods of rethinking and redirecting our compass to the right direction.

If you pass through an obligatory pause or stop time, do not be sad or frustrated; believe me, I have been there! Just make an agreement with yourself and be optimistic; it is not the end of the world, and you will resume your activities very soon in a new, safe, and sound copy of you. Learn and keep learning from all the signs and omens you come across. Eventually, you will know the purpose and your role in life.
