Engy Radwan, a seasoned expert in restaurant consultancy, is dedicated to helping aspiring entrepreneurs bring their culinary dreams to life. With over 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Engy graduated from the American University in Cairo with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communication. Her journey began as an Assistant Marketing. Manager for a famous coffee company in Egypt, and since then, she has diligently worked with both international and local brands, offering comprehensive business consultancy services.

In 2010, Engy established her own consultancy firm, “Everything Restaurants,” one of the pioneering ventures in the field at the time. Specializing in turnkey projects, Engy assists investors at every stage of their restaurant journey, from concept development and financial planning to menu optimization and staff recruitment. Her expertise extends to existing businesses, providing tailored consultancy services for their unique needs, including staff training and operational enhancement.

Engy’s dedication to excellence has earned her recognition as one of the early Egyptian women making significant strides in the hospitality industry. Engy is a HACCP certified member of the Egyptian Chefs Association and registered as a consultant at the European Bank for Restructure andDevelopment (EBRD), she facilitates funds and grants for small and medium-sized businesses..

With a track record of success, Engy’s consultancy firm has served as a vital resource for numerous renowned establishments. Expanding her reach beyond Egypt, Engy now focuses on the Middle East with a special emphasis on KSA. Engy also lately helps local brands create a solid business case to expand in the Saudi market offering professional operation and franchise manuals for these brands.

In addition to her consultancy work, Engy is passionate about sharing her knowledge with aspiring entrepreneurs. She conducts virtual courses on hospitality business fundamentals and actively participates in workshops and sessions with SME communities, empowering others to pursue their entrepreneurial aspirations.

Engy has been selected as a mentor at AUC’s recent mentorship program by MIT, VMS (Volunteer Mentorship Service), extending guidance to AUC grad entrepreneurs.

Additionally, she is registered with Pepsi’s initiative “3amla Shoghl” as a mentor for female participants of the program, offering guidance and support in their entrepreneurial ventures.
