We are excited to launch the 2nd Edition of “40 Over 40” Campaign, where we are committed to shed light on 40 diverse women over the age of 40 who have achieved significant success later in life, often by overcoming formidable odds or barriers.
We are looking for women on the inspiring side of 40s who are disrupting industries, breaking stereotypes, and inspiring generations.
In sharing the stories of 40 incredible women over 40, we are providing a muse to help women become better advocates for themselves, express their own worth, share tangible, relatable advice that support women.
Now it’s your turn. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, a business owner, a member of a C-suite, a mother, a scientist, a world traveler, an athlete, or a yoga teacher, share your story with us—or the story of a woman you admire.

I nominate Dahlia Sherif as I have been working with her for a long period of time. Dahlia was always there to support and guide. Genuine personality that help her to connect with different levels. Resilient person as she moved forward despite of the differences in culture she has faced. Dahlia never ruffles her feathers when it comes to managing many people’s issues. She instrumentally managed to guide different leadership. Absolutely, cares about her team members.

I nominate Dahlia Sherif to be among top 40 women above 40. I’ve worked with Dahlia and I know her for more than 20 years. Dahlia is one of the most dedicated women I’ve ever known. She commits to her work and gives it her all. Dahlia is a great leader and cares a lot about her employees. She’s a reliable person and someone to look up to. Through all the personal challenges that she faced the last few years, she never failed to be there for her employer as well as her employees. She’s an example of persistence and hard work for all women.
